Useful to know

When coming to Toverland, it's useful to know in advance. Check out all the practical information below.

 

Park visit

Lockers

- Storing your coats and/or bags? Make use of the lockers in Port Laguna and the Land of Toos. 
- You can use the locker indefinitely for €2.

Toilets

- Toilet use in Toverland is free of charge. 
- Many toilets are also suitable for disabled visitors (with the exception of the toilets in Ithaka).
- Many toilets are also equipped with changing facilities.

WiFi

- In almost the entire park, you can use free Toverland WiFi network.

Huisdieren

- Pets are not allowed in Attractiepark Toverland.
- Auxiliary or are allowed.

Pay and withdraw cash

- At the entrance, every catering outlet and all souvenir shops, you can use debit cards.
- Need to withdraw cash? Then report to Guest Services.

Baby care

- Baby changing facilities are available at all toilets (except those in Ithaka).
- Want to heat up bottle feed? Use the free microwaves at the Waldstube or Katara Plaza.
- Looking for a pump room? Report to our staff at the main entrance.

EHBO

- There is a first-aid room in Port Laguna, Land of Toos and next to Katara Plaza for plasters or other first aid in case of accidents.
- Speak to one of our staff members.
- The park has several AEDs.

Food & drinks

Own food & drink

- Toverland offers a wide range of catering, but self-brought food is allowed.
- You can use the microwaves (for free) (Waldstube and Katara Plaza).

Deposited PET bottles

You can hand in your bottles in two ways:
- Deposit your PET bottle in one of the donation bins and support the charity.
- Receive a deposit receipt and receive the amount back at our hospitality locations.

Reusable cups

- You will receive your drinks in reusable cups in our catering facilities, due to tightened laws and regulations.
- The deposit is €1.50 per cup.
- After use, please return your cup to: hospitality points, souvenir shops or the Guest Service.
- There you will receive your deposit back.
