Visitors with disability
Almost the entire park is accessible to visitors with a disability. A few paths or areas are an exception to this. Download the Toverland app and set the accessibility filter, this will show you on the Toverland map which paths are and are not accessible.
In the souvenir shops Trojaanse Schatten bij Troy (Ithaka) and the Maximus' Blitzpunkt at the Maximus' Blitz Bahn (Wunderwald) there is less freedom of movement due to the small surface area.
If you cannot visit the regular queue, you can use the special (wheelchair) entrances at the attractions.
For this, you can fill out a form online or at the Guest Service, after which you will receive a wristband. This allows employees at the station to see to what extent you need assistance.
Yes, that is possible! The number of wheelchairs is limited, so please contact us by phone in advance of your visit.

Upon presentation of the autipas, you will receive a discount at the cash register, on tickets from 140cm, for the person to whom the autipas belongs.
If you experience that the queues at certain attractions are too long, please report to the entrance with a statement (from the GP, doctor or psychologist) stating that waiting is not possible and an identity document. They will see if anything can be done to make your visit more pleasant.

Accessibility of attractions
Most attractions have a minimum height or maximum height/weight. Sometimes a supervisor is required for a certain height. Quickly view our accessibility page to see this per specific height. You can also find this on the signage before you visit an attraction.
✓ Download the Toverland app, where you can see the accessibility requirements per attraction.
For safety reasons, not all attractions are accessible to pregnant women. It is also possible that a certain attraction is not recommended.
Check the accessibility page, signage for the attraction or the Toverland app. Because you cannot use all attractions, you benefit from a reduced rate.
Are you with a group of people where not everyone can or wants to visit an attraction? Use the Baby Switch. At selected attractions, one person visits the queue via the regular queue.
At the station, tell one of the employees that you want to use the Baby Switch. You will receive a ticket for this. With this ticket, one person can then visit the attraction via the exit.
✓ There is no age limit for the Baby Switch.
