Answers to your questions about the campsite

Reservation

How does check-in and check-out work and what are the times?

If you have reserved a ToverTent, you can check in from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. For a pitch, check-in is possible from 12:00. On your day of departure, you must check out at the reception in Land van Toos before 11:00 am. Follow the signs for this. You can visit Theme Park Toverland from 10:00 am on the day of your arrival.

From what age is it allowed to spend the night independently at the Pop-Up Summer Camp?

From the age of 15, it is allowed to spend the night independently at the campsite. If you are a minor, it is necessary that an adult person (18+) makes the booking; this person does not have to be present during the stay.

Some of my group have a annual pass, but not everyone. How can I make a booking?

You can book a regular stay. At the 'company' step in the booking process you can indicate whether and how many season ticket holders will be present during the stay.  In the next steps you can then fill in all the necessary subscription details. The discount will then be settled.

It's my birthday during my stay. Do I get free access to the park?

If you visit Toverland on your birthday (and this can be proven via a valid ID with a passport photo) you can visit the park for free. In the case of an overnight stay at the Toverland campsite, you make a regular booking. On your birthday, you can report to the campsite reception where you will receive the additional cost of your day ticket for that day in the form of a Toverland gift voucher. This allows you to eat, drink, purchase merchandise or make purchases at the Guest Service in Toverland.
