Unique Christmas Coaster during Magical Winter Weeks at Toverland
During the Christmas school holidays is Theme park Toverland all about their Magical Winter Weeks. More than two hundred fir trees and thousands of lights ensure the theme park’s wintery atmosphere. Also heart-warming entertainment is there for visitors to enjoy. New this year is The Christmas Coaster, whereby visitors can experience a ride in Christmas style on launch coaster Booster Bike. Also open during the Magical Winter Weeks, alongside indoor theme areas Land van Toos and Wunderwald, is outdoor area Ithaka with its wooden rollercoaster Troy.
Christmas Coaster
Booster Bike, a launch coaster where visitors take a seat on motorbikes, will be transformed especially for the Magical Winter Weeks into The Christmas Coaster. “It’ll be snowing in the queue, the station is extensively decorated and speakers emanate the biggest Christmas hits”, says Tessa Maessen, Communications Manager. “A ride on Booster Bike is extra magical this Christmas.” Visitors can experience The Christmas Coaster from Saturday 21 December until Sunday 29 December 2019.
Heart-warming entertainment
Once visitors of theme area Ithaka have enjoyed a ride on the outdoor attractions, they can warm themselves by a campfire while enjoying freshly roasted marshmallows and atmospheric music created by singing act Winterse Klanken (Wintery Sounds). But the indoor worlds contain some essential entertainment too. Winter Wonder Collectors surprise everyone with miracles from their enormous gift tower and perform the most magical musical songs.
