The Halloween Nights at Toverland are going to be more spectacular than ever. The theme park will use 25% more scare actors than usual to scare the hell out of their visitors across various scare zones and haunted houses. The auditions for the role of scare actor are now open. “At the auditions we look for actors who fit certain characters that we are going to use this year”, says David Slob, Creative Leader Entertainment. “Anyone with a passion for horror can apply.”

Halloween Nights have been taken place ever since Toverland opened its doors back in 2001. This leading event, which is awarded a 9.1 by visitors, gets vaster every year. Not only are we going to use more scare actors this year, but we also add an extra night to the event. For the Halloween Nights the park gets divided into several scare zones in which light, sound, special effects and scenery are perfectly coordinated. We also decorate various extra haunted houses and scare actors are the icing on the cake and ensure the ultimate horror experience. During the autumn holidays that take place from 12 until 27 October, we organise the friendly Halloween Days for our younger visitors up to the age of 12. We also need scare actors for this event.

Applying for auditions

To have a chance of becoming a scare actor you must at least be 18 years old and available to attend one of our audition nights that take place on 20, 21 and 22 August, the final rehearsal on 11 October and all 7 Halloween Nights on 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 25 and 26 October 2019.
