Theme park Toverland has a new logo and a new house style this year. The new clothing is currently designed for all sixhundred staff members. Toverland works together on this with renowned clothing company ETP. During the summer holiday you can see our staff members wearing their new outfits for the first time.
Clothing will be designed for nine departments in total. You will be able to recognise the staff members of our guest service and retail, attractions, catering, events, cleaning, gardeners, technical service and security by their clothing. Also our vision managers will wear a Toverland outfit. According to Janou Gelissen, second generation of the family business, contributes different clothing for each department to an optimum experience of a day at Toverland. “The clothing perfectly matches the service that a staff member offers.”
We identified the wishes of our departments in order to get to this new clothing design. And this time we didn't just choose for shirts and jackets, but also matching trousers and accessories like scarfs, bow ties and hats. The colours of our new house style are very dominant. Gelissen is proud of the result: “This new magical clothing range completely prepares our staff this summer for a new and bigger Toverland!” The design stage with ETP took about eight months and the clothing is now in production.
A visit to Toverland this year is going to be more magical than ever. On Saturday 7 July 2018, the theme park will open its new entrance Port Laguna and the new theme area Avalon. Visitors can discover their own magic by performing it themselves in Port Laguna, search for the well of eternal life on boatride Merlin's Quest, or ride the spectacular wing coaster Fēnix.
