Häufig gestellte Fragen – Kiss & Ride

During Halloween Nights, things are always a little different at Toverland. We understand that you may have questions about this, so we have compiled all the answers for you below.

Tickets

Are there special Halloween Nights tickets?

No, there are no special tickets that only give you access to Halloween Nights. With a Toverland ticket, you have access from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the days that we organize Halloween Nights. It is up to you what time you come.

What is included in my ticket?

When you purchase a ticket for Toverland, you can experience all scare zones for free. All Haunted Experiences are subject to an additional fee. You can book these separately or purchase a Fear Pass, which includes access to all paid haunted houses. Halloween Nights start at 6 p.m., but your Toverland ticket gives you access to the park all day long.

Where can I arrange access for the Haunted Experiences?

You can arrange your access to the Haunted Experiences directly when purchasing your tickets. This can be done via the same ticket shop. Even if you already have your tickets, you can still purchase your Haunted Experiences separately via the ticket shop.

Even when you are in the park, you can use the Toverland app to book your access to the Haunted Experiences, but please note: once they are full, they are full!

Fear Pass

What is the Fear Pass?

With the Fear Pass, you can purchase all admission tickets for the Haunted Experiences at once. It also has the advantage that you don't have to wait in line, but can use the special Fear Pass queue.

This allows you to skip the entire queue for a haunted house in almost all cases.

What is included in the Fear Pass?

The Fear Pass offers you various benefits during Halloween Nights:

  • Access to all paid Haunted Experiences.
  • There is a special queue for guests with the Fear Pass, allowing you to skip the normal queue entirely.
  • You will receive a physical Fear Pass and lanyard. You can pick these up at the Halloween Shop (Land van Toos) based on your online purchase of the Fear Pass. The online ticket is only a collection voucher and therefore not yet a usable Fear Pass.
  • Exclusive Fear Pass pin
  • Access to the Fear Pass terrace at the opening of the parade in Port Laguna.

You can easily reserve the Fear Pass online with your tickets or separately via the ticket shop.

The number of Fear Passes per evening is limited, so it is possible that the passes for your intended evening may sell out.

About the event

What is the recommended age for Halloween Nights?

The recommended age for Halloween Nights is 12+. Of course, it is difficult for Toverland to judge what someone finds scary or exciting. This means that during Halloween Nights, you can decide for yourself how scary you want it to be.

Number of spiders
The scare zones and Haunted Experiences are equipped with spiders that assess the ‘scare factor’.

Halloween Magic Wand
You can also use the Halloween Magic Wand in the scare zones to keep the ghouls at a safe distance. This Magic Wand is available for purchase in the ticket shop or at various locations throughout the park.

What time do Halloween Nights start?

Your tickets grant you access to Toverland from 10:00 a.m., but the official Halloween Nights program starts at 6:00 p.m. with the parade in Port Laguna. The parade then winds its way through part of the park. That's the starting signal for the spine-tingling Halloween Nights.

What kind of Halloween event are Halloween Nights?

During Halloween Nights, we focus on atmospheric horror with an imaginative and often magical twist. Of course, this includes plenty of scares, but you will never see severed limbs or lots of blood at our park. That is what makes our Halloween program unique. The horrors and scares you encounter fit seamlessly with the stories we normally tell in the park.

Where does the Halloween Magic Wand work?

The Halloween Magic Wand is effective in all scare zones and will keep the ghouls at a safe distance. The Magic Wand does not work in the paid Haunted Experiences.

Is it allowed to wear Halloween-makeup or dress up?

Face painting and dressing up are permitted for children up to 12 years of age. Are you older than that? Then this is not permitted in order to avoid confusion with scare actors.

Where am I allowed to film?

You are allowed to film your experiences during Halloween Nights in the scare zones, without flash or (external) light sources. This is to ensure that the experience of the zone is not compromised.

Filming is NOT allowed in the Haunted Experiences.

It is possible to make on-ride videos in the attractions. See here for what is and is not permitted. Our employees always have the final say in this matter.

If you are unsure, have a special request, or would like to collaborate, please email marketing@toverland.nl.
