How to claim your free winter ticket
Come back for free or with 50% discount
When you visit Toverland receive a free winter ticket (*or 50% off)! Read below which steps to take:
- Step 1: Visit Toverland and have your tickets scanned.
- Step 2: Apply online for your discount code(s).
- Step 3: Claim your tickets and visit in the period: 23 March to 30 June 2024
- Step 4: Pay your visit to Winter Feelings and enjoy.

I got a free ticket and I know the promotion, can I join?
I can't manage to apply for discount codes, what should I do?
It is only possible to apply for your discount codes after you have visited Toverland. It can take up to 24 hours after your visit before the barcodes on your tickets can be used to request discount codes. If it still doesn't work after 24 hours, please contact us at actie@toverland.nl and mention the barcodes on your entrance tickets.
Please note:
- This promotion applies to paid entrance tickets only. Free tickets, school trips and group bookings are excluded.
- Apply for your discount codes within 2 weeks of your visit. After that, the validity expires and it is no longer possible to make use of this promotion.
Can I really get a free 2nd visit with this promotion?
Yes, you certainly can! With your discount codes, you can book your winter visit at www.toverland.com/winteractie.
Where can I find my barcode/ticket number?
To request your discount codes, you will need the barcodes/ticket numbers of your entrance tickets. This is always a number sequence, starting with 038, 60 or 77, which is found on each entry ticket; usually under or near the barcode/QR code.
General terms and conditions
Free winter ticket or sky-high discount:
- This promotion only applies to visitors with a paid ticket during the visit period: 23 March to 30 June 2024. Free tickets (including tickets for local residents with the Avalon expansion opening weekend, birthday children <90 cm), parking tickets, school trips and group bookings are excluded from this promotion. A separate promotion applies to season ticket holders, check your Magic Member account for details.
- Apply for your discount codes within 2 weeks of your visit. After this the validity expires and it is no longer possible to apply for discount codes.
- Redeeming discount codes (= actually ordering your winter tickets) via this promotion is possible until 31 October 2024.
- During the winter season, there is a limited capacity per day for tickets through this promotion. So redeem your discount codes as soon as possible to ensure access on your preferred date.
- Ordered tickets are personal and non-transferable. The name of the person ordering tickets will be displayed on the e-tickets and this person must be present during the visit and identify themselves with a valid identity document (passport, driving licence or ID card).
- It is not possible to change ordered winter tickets to another date and/or another person.
- No rights can be derived from this promotion. Toverland is authorised at all times to unilaterally amend the duration and/or conditions of the promotion.
