The Toverland house rules are hanging up next to the reception by the entrance, and the complete park regulations can also be downloaded in PDF format here. A number of the most important rules are shown below.

•    Children who unexpectedly lose their parents/leaders can be taken to our
     reception.
•    There is no smoking indoors at Toverland. An alternative (dry) location is
     provided for smokers outside.
•    On quiet days not all the attractions run at the same time. The running
     schedule alternates every half hour, obviously taking into account sufficient
     alternation for every age category.  To see which are the quiet days,
     reference can be made to our calendar.
•    Toverland theme park opens up to 6 p.m., but remember that some queues
     at various attractions may be closed earlier so that everyone who is waiting
     will be able to enjoy the attractions before the official closing time. 
•    It can happen that an attraction cannot be used (temporarily) in connection
     with repairs or maintenance. In extreme weather conditions, such as
     temperatures below freezing, enormous thunderstorms, strong gusts of
     wind or black ice, some of the attractions such as Troy, the Survival Circuit,
     the BoosterBike, the Backstroke and the ForestRacer may be closed for an
     indeterminate period. As soon as the (weather) conditions are such that the
     attractions can be opened again, we will do everything we can to ensure
     that the attraction opens as quickly as possible. This does not give any right
     to a refund of the entrance price or any reimbursement or compensation.
     This applies to all the visitors to Toverland.
•    In connection with safety for all the guests, Toverland reserves the right to
     close its doors when there are large numbers of visitors. If you already
     have an entrance ticket or season ticket, this does not guarantee that you
     will be able to enter. We ask for your understanding in this respect.
•    Toverland reserves the right to change opening days and hours of the park or 
      parts of the park at all time.
•    A visit to Toverland and the use of all the playground facilities and attractions
     is at your own risk. The management is not liable for loss, theft, injury,
     damage to personal property, etc.
•    Toverland theme park has regular (national) discount campaigns with busines 
     partners. These campaigns are never publicised in advance by Theme
     Park Toverland. For the conditions and periods of the campaigns, reference
     can be made to advertisements and/or radio/tv-commercials.
